El populista Trump

Really?
Few would disagree that Trump’s brand of populism, built on a platform of economic nationalism, parallels what is currently taking place in Europe. This is a worldwide development. Trump calls it a “movement.” The energy and enthusiasm behind his message seems to confirm this. The growing momentum of a populist message based on the preeminence of national sovereignty and domestic prosperity will undoubtedly continue for some time, as a growing number of middle-class Americans on both sides of the aisle feel increasingly disenfranchised and alienated. The establishment wings of both the Republican and Democratic parties have yet to fully come to terms with this reality.
The GOP Is Committing Suicide If It Doesn’t Harness Trump’s Populism
Republicans have the exclusive opportunity to help mold and steer a powerful movement. Their refusal to do so could result in a gigantic voting bloc striking out, never to return.

¿Qué está pasando en el GOP?

Muchas cosas, entre ellas, que el partido está dividido por ambiciones de poder, corrupción de una élite que le importa poco el pueblo americano sino los beneficios económicos que puedan tener con los cabilderos en Washington. 

Pretenden ser políticamente correctos para no buscarse ataques ni críticas de la oposición y la prensa, por eso es que Donald Trump cae mal a muchos, en estos tiempos decir la verdad es un acto heróico y ofende a los señalados... ¿en serio? 

Los pocos que desde el Congreso luchan por encausar a Hillary se han encontrado con una pared representada por el FBI, el Departamento de Justicia y un grupo de jueces del Tribunal Supremo que no quieren procesar a una mujer que ha violado la ley de muchas formas. Esto convierte a los Estados Unidos automáticamente en una república bananera donde el sistema de ley y orden le responde a un partido político. Eso en muy grave.


La prensa condena a Trump por “herir la sensibilidad” de su candidata Hillary, al llamarla “crooked and nasty woman”, simplemente porque él es un outsider, se siente más ciudadano que político, promete acabar con la corrupción en el gobierno federal y que ha lapidado la frase “drain the swamp”, eso significa mucho para los seguidores de Donald Trump, como yo, que ya estamos cansados de ver como los políticos, tanto de izquierda como de derecha se enriquecen a costillas de los contribuyentes y los millonarios donantes que siempre llegan a cometer el delito de “pay for play” por más que lo disimulen.


La respuesta del Partido Demócrata ha sido manchar la reputación del candidato opositor con los testimonios de mujeres que dicen que han sido víctimas del “depravado” Trump, no hay pruebas para sustentar sus testimonios, él lo niega y amenaza con demandarlas tan pronto finalicen las elecciones. ¿Qué pasará? Ojalá lo haga, estaré muy pendiente, porque a menos de 30 días de las elecciones este escándalo es sospechoso, poco creíble, porque ataca la fibra conservadora del GOP para indisponer a las mujeres en contra de Trump, por otro lado, el escándalo de Wikileaks es más importante, porque evidencia la corrupción de la que habla Trump, además es lamentable para la democracia que la “mainstream media” le de la espalda a la verdad, culpando a Rusia, para defender una candidata que miente.


Para mí es importante incluir la transcripción del discurso de Donald Trump en Gettisburg, lugar donde Abraham Lincoln hizo ese histórico corto discurso, luego de un Estados Unidos dividido por la guerra, entre el norte yankee y liberal, o sea los republicanos, y el sur pro esclavitud y demócrata, en ese momento Lincoln dijo...

¿Era Lincoln un populista?

Fue muy odiado por sus opositores demócratas, al punto que le votaron en contra a su ley para emancipar a los negros esclavos. Terminó asesinado por un fanático demócrata, pienso que todos necesitamos analizar el discurso de Lincoln porque no ha perdido vigencia. El de Trump no está lejos de lo que dijo Lincoln, defender los intereses del pueblo americano unidos, eso no está mal, lo que está mal es legislar para empobrecer la clase media y trabajadora, eso es lo que ha sucedido en Obamanation y los resultados son evidentes.

¿Nostalgia de un Estados Unidos poderoso económicamente?
Obviamente. Eso no es populismo.

Gettysburg, PA: Today, in historic Gettysburg, PA, Donald J. Trump presented a game-changing plan for his first 100 days in office. This revolutionary “Contract with the American Voter” will ensure that America’s economy is revitalized and citizens are protected.
“I’m not a politician, and have never wanted to be one. But when I saw the trouble our country was in, I knew I couldn’t stand by and watch any longer. Our country has been so good to me, I love our country, I felt I had to act,” said Mr. Trump in his address.
“Change has to come from outside this broken system. The fact that the Washington establishment has tried so hard to stop our campaign is only more proof that our campaign represents the kind of change that only arrives once in a lifetime,” he continued.
“I am asking the American people to rise above the noise and the clutter of our broken politics, and to embrace that great faith and optimism that has always been the central ingredient in the American character. I am asking you to dream big.
“What follows is my 100-day action plan to Make America Great Again. It is a contract between Donald J. Trump and the American voter – and begins with restoring honesty, accountability and change to Washington,” he concluded.
“Therefore, on the first day of my term of office, my administration will immediately pursue the following six measures to clean up the corruption and special interest collusion in Washington, DC:
FIRST, propose a Constitutional Amendment to impose term limits on all members of Congress;
SECOND, a hiring freeze on all federal employees to reduce federal workforce through attrition (exempting military, public safety, and public health);
THIRD, a requirement that for every new federal regulation, two existing regulations must be eliminated;
FOURTH, a 5 year-ban on White House and Congressional officials becoming lobbyists after they leave government service;

SIXTH, a complete ban on foreign lobbyists raising money for American elections.

FIRST, cancel every unconstitutional executive action, memorandum and order issued by President Obama
SECOND, begin the process of selecting a replacement for Justice Scalia from one of the 20 judges on my list, who will uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States
THIRD, cancel all federal funding to Sanctuary Cities
FOURTH, begin removing the more than 2 million criminal illegal immigrants from the country and cancel visas to foreign countries that won’t take them back
FIFTH, suspend immigration from terror-prone regions where vetting cannot safely occur. All vetting of people coming into our country will be considered extreme vetting.
Next, I will work with Congress to introduce the following broader legislative measures and fight for their passage within the first 100 days of my Administration:
1. Middle Class Tax Relief And Simplification Act. An economic plan designed to grow the economy 4% per year and create at least 25 million new jobs through massive tax reduction and simplification, in combination with trade reform, regulatory relief, and lifting the restrictions on American energy. The largest tax reductions are for the middle class. A middle-class family with 2 children will get a 35% tax cut. The current number of brackets will be reduced from 7 to 3, and tax forms will likewise be greatly simplified. The business rate will be lowered from 35 to 15 percent, and the trillions of dollars of American corporate money overseas can now be brought back at a 10 percent rate.
2. End The Offshoring Act Establishes tariffs to discourage companies from laying off their workers in order to relocate in other countries and ship their products back to the U.S. tax-free.
3. American Energy & Infrastructure Act. Leverages public-private partnerships, and private investments through tax incentives, to spur $1 trillion in infrastructure investment over 10 years. It is revenue neutral.
4. School Choice And Education Opportunity Act. Redirects education dollars to gives parents the right to send their kid to the public, private, charter, magnet, religious or home school of their choice. Ends common core, brings education supervision to local communities. It expands vocational and technical education, and make 2 and 4-year college more affordable.
5. Repeal and Replace Obamacare Act. Fully repeals Obamacare and replaces it with Health Savings Accounts, the ability to purchase health insurance across state lines, and lets states manage Medicaid funds. Reforms will also include cutting the red tape at the FDA: there are over 4,000 drugs awaiting approval, and we especially want to speed the approval of life-saving medications.
6. Affordable Childcare and Eldercare Act. Allows Americans to deduct childcare and elder care from their taxes, incentivizes employers to provide on-site childcare services, and creates tax-free Dependent Care Savings Accounts for both young and elderly dependents, with matching contributions for low-income families.
7. End Illegal Immigration Act Fully-funds the construction of a wall on our southern border with the full understanding that the country Mexico will be reimbursing the United States for the full cost of such wall; establishes a 2-year mandatory minimum federal prison sentence for illegally re-entering the U.S. after a previous deportation, and a 5-year mandatory minimum for illegally re-entering for those with felony convictions, multiple misdemeanor convictions or two or more prior deportations; also reforms visa rules to enhance penalties for overstaying and to ensure open jobs are offered to American workers first.
8. Restoring Community Safety Act. Reduces surging crime, drugs and violence by creating a Task Force On Violent Crime and increasing funding for programs that train and assist local police; increases resources for federal law enforcement agencies and federal prosecutors to dismantle criminal gangs and put violent offenders behind bars.
9. Restoring National Security Act. Rebuilds our military by eliminating the defense sequester and expanding military investment; provides Veterans with the ability to receive public VA treatment or attend the private doctor of their choice; protects our vital infrastructure from cyber-attack; establishes new screening procedures for immigration to ensure those who are admitted to our country support our people and our values
10. Clean up Corruption in Washington Act. Enacts new ethics reforms to Drain the Swamp and reduce the corrupting influence of special interests on our politics.
On November 8th, Americans will be voting for this 100-day plan to restore prosperity to our economy, security to our communities, and honesty to our government.
This is my pledge to you.
And if we follow these steps, we will once more have a government of, by and for the people.”

¿Es esto nocivo para el pueblo americano?
Yo no lo veo así. Es nocivo para los que se benefician de Estados Unidos y no son estadounidenses... y cabe la pregunta que muchos tildarán de retórica... 
¿qué importa más en esta elección, la libertad económica del pueblo americano o la del resto del mundo?
A los inmigrantes le debería importar más, como defender el suelo que pisan.


¿Es Donald Trump un populista?

Muchos opinan que sí lo es, pero, el GOP necesitaba una persona que despertara el orgullo americano que en estos tiempos está por el suelo, hoy hasta vemos jugadores del futbol americano protestar de rodillas cuando tocan el himno nacional ¿qué significa esto? Muchas cosas, entre ellas, protestas raciales y eso lo ha establecido Barack Obama desde que llegó a la presidencia e irónicamente la población negra está peor que antes. ¿Por qué existe Black Lives Matter si el presidente es negro? Ahh, esa es una pregunta muy interesante.

Oprah en su programa nos dice, que Hillary es la única opción, que mucha gente dice que Hillary le cae mal, pero ella se defiende diciendo que, no vas a tenerla en tu casa, se equivoca, la tendremos todos los días en la sala de la casa a través del televisor, lo que haga será responsabilidad del pueblo que la eligió, su argumento es muy simplista, los puertorriqueños hemos sido testigos del hundimiento económico de la colonia por elegir caras lindas y populistas pero sin ningún plan para resolver los graves problemas causados por el colonialismo castrante, no fueron lo suficientemente inteligentes para mejorar la colonia americana auspiciada por el Partido Demócrata y la prensa colonial. Hoy vemos en el Mainland la misma situación.


El engaño a través de los medios de comunicación, claramente identificados como “progressives” es claro, dividir el pueblo americano hablando del racismo de los blancos, Bill Clinton los llama “rednecks” y hasta cínicamente se incluye entre ellos, usa el mismo vocabulario de los socialistas, nada más lejos de la verdad, obviamente la élite de los medios, Hollywood y los que vienen a hacer negocios en suelo americano como Carlos Slim, poco le importa lo que está pasando en la “middle class gringa”, ellos solo piensan en si mismos y como se pueden beneficiar económicamente haciendo negocios con los demócratas. Hasta se atreven a insultar a los blancos americanos, llamándolos racistas... ¿acaso el racismo es exclusivo de los blancos americanos? Sabemos que no.


Dice Marx, el capital no tiene patria y Donald Trump ha hecho negocios con México y China, él dice que es un hombre de negocios y que se beneficia según se benefician los amigos de Hillary, ese es el ataque de Hillary hacia el magnate, pero no admite que todas estas leyes creadas por demócratas como Bill Clinton y Barack Obama, ambos también populistas, se hicieron para beneficiar a sus donantes de campaña, le hacen daño al pueblo trabajador y eso es precísamente lo que Trump quiere terminar, me parece muy valiente de su parte.


Son muchos los perdidos en el espacio, son muchos los que están engringolados con la retórica de Hillary y la aplauden delirantemente sin saber que hay detrás de una mujer que miente, ha cometido bullying contra otras mujeres víctimas de su marido enfermo sexual como Mónica Lewinsky. Su desempeño como secretaria de estado ha sido cuestionable, mientras al mismo tiempo su Fundación ha recibido millones de países enemigos de la libertad, la democracia, peor aún, oprimen y humillan a las mujeres, ¿y las feministas están con ella? Eso la pone en una situación debil ante un pueblo que hace ocho años está observando como su patria es invadida por culturas opresoras y violadoras de derechos humanos, es víctima de ataques terroristas y se hunde en el pantano de la injusticia mientras una élite política actúa como si la opinión y la seguridad del pueblo no importara, para ellos sólo importa su beneficio personal.

Tiene ocho años para hacerlo. Luego vendrán los demócratas a seguir con su dañina agenda progresista. 
No es miedo, es sentido común.
